Terms of
membership.

Membership is open to adults aged 21 and over, by application and referral. Every application is reviewed by the enrolment desk and may be declined without reason. Angels must hold a genuine job, an active career or a course of study; the no-professionals policy is absolute and enforced without exception.

Membership is charged monthly, quarterly or yearly at the published rate for the tier selected. Select grants access to one city and does not include event access. Privé grants access to two cities and full event access. Sovereign grants access to all cities, all events, a Sovereign band at every event, and a reserved pool of Angels.

Event entry is $500 for every event in every city, settled at registration. Food and alcohol are provided by the club. Entry is non-refundable once the location has been released, as the address is the product.

No money, allowance or tip is ever paid between members — at an event, on a Red Moon Date, or afterwards. An Angel who requests compensation from a member has her membership ended the same day. A Dragon who offers compensation in place of courtesy is subject to the same removal.

Members are expected to observe the dress theme, respect boundaries without exception, and treat event staff with the same courtesy they extend to other members. Photography inside a venue is not permitted. Any conduct that compromises the safety or privacy of another member ends membership immediately and without refund.

Both parties rate every Red Moon Date. Ratings are private, are used to determine club rewards, and may not be disclosed, traded or used to pressure another member. Attempting to influence a rating is grounds for removal.

Membership may be ended by the club at any time for breach of these terms, with no refund of fees paid. Voluntary cancellation ends access at the close of the current term; part-terms are not refunded.

Payment instructions are issued only inside the members area, and are confirmed only on Telegram at @imperiumnights. The club accepts no liability for funds sent to any other address, handle or wallet.
