About the Club
A private venue,
taken for the night.
Imperium exists for one reason: to put remarkable people in the same room without a negotiation sitting on the table between them.
The Premise
The marketplace and the drawing room.
In a marketplace, a price appears before a single honest word is spoken. Whatever grows there grows around the number. Everyone behaves accordingly, and everyone knows it.
A drawing room works differently. Nothing is quoted. People are simply good company, or they are not, and the evening rewards the ones who are. Imperium is a drawing room — an extremely well-appointed one, with the arithmetic moved off the table and onto the club's ledger.
Dragons pay Imperium. Imperium rewards the Angels. Between the two members there is only an evening: a poker hand, a length of the pool, an hour of conversation that neither of them priced in advance.

How it all started
One borrowed penthouse, twelve chairs, and a host who kept the list himself.
Imperium did not begin as a company. It began as a standing invitation. In 2019 a small group of friends — founders and operators who had built the difficult thing and then found their evenings emptier for it — started taking a penthouse for one night a month and filling it by hand. No guest list was published. No one paid another guest a cent. Masks sat by the door for anyone who wanted one.
The rule that made it work was set on that first night and has never moved: money is a matter between a member and the club, never between two people in the room. It removed the negotiation that spoils every other version of this, and left only the evening — a poker hand, a length of the pool, an hour of talk nobody priced first.
Word travelled the way trust does: slowly, then all at once. One night became a season, a season became a circuit, and the circuit became Imperium — LOVE events in private villas and penthouses, Red Moon Dates arranged quietly by a city manager, and a standard of screening that has never once been relaxed to fill a room.

Four rules we do not bend
The club principles
Money never crosses the table
A Dragon pays the club. The club rewards the Angels. Nothing — no allowance, no tip, no gift obligation — is ever settled between two members. Asking for compensation ends an Angel's membership the same day.
Discretion is the first courtesy
Masks are offered at every event. Addresses are released only after registration. Ratings are private. Nothing about a member is ever confirmed to anyone outside the club.
Merit is measured openly
Every Red Moon Date is rated by both people. Excellence is visible and richly rewarded. Mediocrity is never punished here — it simply finds the circuit unrewarding and leaves of its own accord.
No professionals, anywhere
Every Angel holds a genuine job, career or course of study. This rule is why the room feels the way it does, and it is the rule we enforce most severely.
The Dragons
Men of consequence.
Founders, principals, partners, operators — men who solved the difficult problem and discovered that the easy one, company worth keeping, had quietly become the harder of the two. A Dragon arrives on time, behaves like a gentleman, and is rated for it.
- Pays one fee to the club — never a cent to an Angel
- Sees every Angel profile in the cities his tier unlocks
- Registers for LOVE events at a flat $500
- Is scored on respect, chivalry, conversation and reliability
The Angels
Women of grace.
A season, not a career. An Angel is invited in for twelve months, asks for nothing, gives her best company, and is rewarded by the club for how beautifully she is remembered. She leaves richer, better connected, and free.
- Never asks for money — the one unforgivable act
- Rewarded from the club treasury, on Red Moon ratings
- Screened across ten dimensions before her first room
- Twelve months maximum on the circuit
§ Company & governance
Governed with discretion, operated for permanence.
Corporate entity
Imperium Nights Inc.
Incorporated in the State of Delaware. The company is the legal entity behind the brand; the club's operations remain private and are conducted solely for the benefit of its members.
Years in operation
2019 — 2026
Incorporated in 2019, and running continuously since — adding cities, deepening rosters and tightening screening, season after season.
How it is run
Three teams
Enrolment decides who joins. City managers serve each member privately in his city. The event team takes, staffs and stages every venue.
Imperium publishes no email address. The club's only official channel of communication is Telegram — @imperiumnights — alongside the ticket system in the members area.
