Discretion is
the first courtesy.
What the club holds, who is permitted to see it, and what is never shared with anyone.
What we hold
- Application details: name, contact, city, profession and what you told us you are looking for.
- Membership records: tier, term, cities and event registrations.
- Ratings submitted after events and Red Moon Dates, held in aggregate.
Who sees it
- Your city manager and the enrolment desk. Nobody else inside the club, and nobody outside it.
- Other members see only the profile you approve — never your legal name, employer or address unless you place them there yourself.
- Ratings are never shown to the person rated. A Dragon's composite score is visible to Angels; individual reviews are not.
Event addresses
- A event address is released only to registered attendees, only after registration completes, and only for that night.
- Photography inside a venue is not permitted. Masks are offered at every door.
- Attendance is never confirmed to anyone — including to other members.
Payments
- Payment instructions are issued only inside the members area, and confirmed only on Telegram at @imperiumnights. No manager, host or staff member will ever request funds by message.
- No money is exchanged between members at any point, in any city.
Your control
- You may request a copy of what the club holds about you, or ask for it to be erased, by raising a ticket, or by messaging the club on Telegram at @imperiumnights.
- On the end of a membership or a season, profile data is removed from the members area within thirty days.
