§ Membership Terms

1 · Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals aged 21 or over who complete an application and pass screening.
- Admission is by decision of the enrolment desk. No application creates a right of entry, and no reason is given for a decline.
- All information given at application must be true. A material misstatement voids the membership without refund.
2 · Terms and renewal
- Membership is sold monthly, quarterly or yearly, and begins on the day credentials are issued.
- A term renews only when you renew it. Nothing is charged automatically and no card is stored on file.
- A lapsed membership may be resumed within 90 days at the same tier and price; after that a fresh application is required.
3 · What the fee covers
- Access to the members area, the Angel profiles of the cities your tier unlocks, and the arrangement of Red Moon Dates by your city manager.
- Privé and Sovereign additionally unlock registration for LOVE events in their unlocked cities; Sovereign unlocks every city, the Sovereign band and the reserved Sovereign roster.
- Select does not include LOVE event access.
4 · Choosing and changing cities
- Select nominates one city, Privé two, Sovereign holds all of them.
- A nominated city may be changed once per term, at least 14 days before an event you intend to attend.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
5 · Event entry
- Event entry is $500 flat, identical in every city and at every event, and includes all food and alcohol.
- Registration closes when the roster fills. The address is released only after your registration completes, and only for that night.
- Entry is non-transferable. A no-show is not refunded; a cancellation more than 72 hours ahead is credited to a future night.
6 · The date levy
- A levy of $1,500 is charged at the end of any month in which you requested at least one Red Moon Date.
- One date or twelve dates in the same month carry the identical levy. A month with no request carries no levy.
- The levy is paid to the club and funds Angel rewards. It is never paid to an Angel directly.
7 · No money between members
- No allowance, tip, fee or compensation of any kind passes between two members, at an event or on a date.
- Angels are compensated by the club: a $1,000 monthly stipend for two or more Red Moon Dates in the month, plus Full Moon rewards.
- Requesting or offering compensation ends the membership the same day, without refund.
8 · Conduct, suspension and removal
- Every member accepts the code of conduct at enrolment; the event team enforces it on the night.
- The club may suspend a membership while a report is reviewed, and may end it for breach of the code, dishonesty at application, or conduct that endangers another member.
- A membership ended for breach is not refunded, and no reapplication is accepted.
9 · Refunds
- An unused term may be cancelled within 7 days of issue for a full refund, less any event already registered.
- After 7 days, the remainder of a term is refunded only when the club is unable to provide access in the member's nominated cities.
- Levies and event entries already incurred are not refundable.
10 · Payment and verification
- Payment instructions are issued from within the members area only, after approval.
- Nobody from Imperium will ever request funds by message. Our sole external channel is Telegram at @imperiumnights; verify any instruction there before you remit.
- The club accepts no liability for funds sent to any address, handle or wallet other than the one shown in the members area.
These terms describe club practice and the membership agreement accepted at enrolment. They are not legal advice and do not displace statutory rights in your jurisdiction.
