§ Code of Conduct

Six articles,
no exceptions.

Every member — Dragon or Angel — accepts this code at enrolment. It is enforced by the event team on the night, and by the enrolment desk the morning after.

I

Consent governs everything

Every interaction at Imperium is voluntary, in both directions and at every moment.

  • No means no, the first time it is said, in any room, in any tone.
  • An Angel may end an evening or a date at any point, without explanation and without penalty to her standing.
  • A Dragon may withdraw from an evening at any point, equally, and equally without comment.
  • Nothing at an Imperium event or on a Red Moon Date is ever owed by anyone to anyone.

Money never passes between members

A Dragon pays the club. The club rewards the Angels. There is no third arrangement.

  • No allowance, tip, fee or payment of any kind is offered by a Dragon or accepted by an Angel.
  • An Angel who requests compensation from a member loses her place the same day.
  • A Dragon who offers compensation, in cash or in kind for a stated expectation, loses his membership the same day.
  • Gifts are welcome, never expected, and never negotiated in advance.

Discretion is the first courtesy

What is seen inside a venue stays inside it. Permanently.

  • No photography, filming or recording anywhere inside a venue.
  • No naming, listing or describing another member outside the club — publicly or privately.
  • Event addresses are never forwarded, and never shared with a guest who is not registered.
  • Masks are offered at every door and may be worn all night without comment.

Composure at every hour

The bar is open and free. That is a courtesy, not an invitation.

  • Visible intoxication ends your night; the event team will arrange your car.
  • No substances of any kind are permitted on a venue premises.
  • Raised voices, pressure, persistence after a refusal, or crowding an Angel end a membership.
  • Staff, drivers and event teams are treated exactly as members are.

Honesty in identity

The room only works because everyone in it was screened truthfully.

  • Every detail on an application must be true and verifiable.
  • No professional companions, escorts or agency representation — on either side of the door.
  • Strictly 21 and over; identity is checked at enrolment and at the door.
  • Credentials are personal. Sharing a login or bringing an unregistered guest ends a membership.

Ratings are given in good faith

The Red Moon score is a record of an evening, not a weapon.

  • Rate the evening you actually had, promptly and honestly.
  • Coordinating, trading or soliciting ratings voids a season's standing.
  • Retaliatory scoring after a refusal is treated as the refusal being punished, and is grounds for removal.
  • Individual scores are never disclosed to the person rated.

Reporting

If something is wrong, tell the club.

Any member may raise a concern about conduct — during an evening, with the event team, or afterwards by opening a ticket in the members area. Reports are read by the enrolment desk alone, the reporting member is never named to the member reported, and no report has ever counted against an Angel's standing. Outside the members area, the club's only channel is Telegram at @imperiumnights.
