The rules that keep a club a club.
Imperium, operated by Lakehaus Inc. (Delaware). Every arrangement is bespoke and leaves no trail. All communication happens inside this website — there are no emails, no phone numbers, no outside channels.
Code of Conduct
- State plainly what you would enjoy; the club arranges the room in which it can happen.
- Keep every conversation inside this website.
- Rate an evening honestly — Red Moon ratings decide how the club rewards a Muse at the next full moon.
- Arrive and leave an event entirely as you please.
- A member never discusses money with an Angel. Not at an event, not on a Red Moon Date, not ever.
- No photography, no recording, no naming of members or Angels.
- No outside channels — no email, no telephone, no messaging apps.
- No professionals. Any breach of the no-professionals policy ends a membership.
Membership Terms
- Members only. Strictly 21+. By invitation and referral.
- Membership is personal, non-transferable and revocable at the club's discretion.
- Settlement instructions appear only inside the members area of this website. Nothing arrives from an outside sender.
- Every arrangement is bespoke and leaves no trail: no itineraries by email, no receipts by post, no third-party record.
Privacy & Discretion
- We hold only what an arrangement requires — a calling name, a city, a preference.
- Tickets, scheduled conversations and concierge requests live inside this website and nowhere else.
- Discretion is the first courtesy: members are never named to Angels, and Angels are never named to members before a match is accepted.
